Format:

Multi-Course: Hybrid and Burnout. Athletes will run both courses on one day.

Contact Aspire directly if you have not yet received the Run Order. Run Order will be based on your highest placement at Stage 2, and then randomized within that placement. Example, all 2nd place athletes will be randomized and will run after all 3rd place athletes (randomized) and before all 1st place athletes (randomized).

Schedule:

Saturday April 27:

7AM: 6-8 Boys & Girls / Masters Women
11:30AM: 9-10 Boys & Girls / Masters Men
3:30 PM: 11-12 Boys & Girls / 13-14 Girls / 15-17 Girls / Amateur & Pro Women

Sunday April 28:

7AM: 13-14 Boys / 15-17 Boys / Amateur Men / Pro Men

Athlete Registration:

Athletes who qualify from a CNL Stage 2 will receive an email from CNL with the registration links. Registration has closed.

Qualify for the 2024 Canadian Championships

Top 5 from the Eastern Finals will advance and qualify for the 2024 Canadian Championships, being held May 31-June 2 in Sudbury, ON.
