Format:
Multi-Course: Speed and Strength, using Percent Based Scoring System for final resuls. Athletes will run both courses on one day.
CNL will create the Run Order based on your highest placement at Stage 2, and then randomized within that placement. Example, all 2nd place athletes will be randomized and will run after all 3rd place athletes (randomized) and before all 1st place athletes (randomized). The Host Gym will send out the Run Order by Wednesday, April 2nd.

Athlete Registration:
Athletes who qualify from a CNL Stage 2 will receive an email from CNL with the registration links. Registration will be open from March 22nd to March 31st.
Qualify for the 2025 National Finals
Top 8 from the Eastern Finals will advance and qualify for the 2025 National Finals, being held April 25-27, 2025 at MST Ninja Gym in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
