Meet Mathieu St-Ours, your course designer for National Finals!

Mathieu is a Kinesiologist, founder of MST Fitness and owner of Force5 equipment .

With over 7 years of experience in Ninja, he established the first Ninja Warrior Sport-Études program in Quebec in 2020

Get ready for the 2025 CNL National Finals where our Canadian ninjas from across the country will come together for this epic event!

Registration will open after Western Finals and Eastern Finals. Qualified athletes will be contacted via email.

Athletes will run two prelim courses (Speed + Strength) on April 25th and April 26th, with Top 5 advancing to the Finals on Sunday, April 27th.

Format and rules will be confirmed shortly.
