Run Orders - Prelims
All athletes will run two prelim runs: Speed Runs on Friday, Nov 24th and Strength Runs on Saturday, Nov 25th. Make note of your age category, your rig number and your time for each run.
Please note: Times are estimates and subject to change. Updates will occur and we highly recommend you come back and check for the final run order on November 23, 2023.

Video walkthroughs for each course will be available the day before. Take note of your in-person walkthrough times for each age category (See Event Schedule or Run Orders)
Athlete Welcome Package
All the information you need to plan our your weekend! Please read it thoroughly as it will cover check-in, walk through info, course rules, format and everything else you need for the weekend. If you have any questions, please reach out to Natalie at natalie@fitsetninja.com.
Update on parking at the Edmonton Expo Centre: You can now purchase a Weekend Parking Pass for the three days and it will include entry/exit throughout the day.
CNL Merchandise
Online Pre-orders for your CNL Merchandise is now closed. Orders will be available for pick up at the Merchandise Booth at the Edmonton Expo Centre on Nov 24-26th weekend.
CNL Hoodies will be available to purchase onsite over National Finals weekend but stock will be limited.
Head-to-Head / Everyday Ninja Course
Please note that your 2023 National Finals Athlete Registration fee does not include participation in the Everyday Ninja Course or the Head-to-Head Showdown. These are extra events that is optional. Registration for these are available online or you can sign up in-person at the event. Learn more about the format and rules here.
NOTE: Online sales / registration for Head-to-Head has closed. You can still register in person at check-in on Thursday / Friday.
